Anything which is upholstered or has a filling material must comply with Fire and Safety Regulations, with the exception of antique furniture, in this instance the furniture will be noted on the AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) as an addendum, that the furniture will remain and that both the Landlord and tenant/s are aware that the antique items do not comply to Fire & Safety Regulations.
