A professionally prepared inventory, carried out by an independent company is advisable.

We have an Independent Inventory Specialist – Michelle from Smile Inventories (please contact us for details and we can request a quote from Michelle before booking the inventory at your property).

The inventory, together with a statement of condition of the premises, whether furnished or unfurnished, is a landlord’s best protection against problems at the end of the tenancy. Once the inventory is prepared, Priors Residential Lettings Limited, will retain a signed copy on file for check out.

Please remember that this is vital for both landlord and tenant, as it is very important we have a clear report of the property’s condition before the tenant moves into the property.

For introductory-only landlords, we can provide an inventory and would strongly advise that this is carried out.
