Our fees are detailed below:

Fully managed service 8%

Rent collection service 5%

Introduction fee 2 weeks rent or £350 (whichever may be greater)

Administration charge/set up fee (Fully Managed & Rent Collection only) £150
This does not include inventory charges or gas safety inspections.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) £75

We would suggest marketing your property six to eight weeks in advance.
We will advertise on Rightmove and also be proactive in advising our current applicants of availability. We do have applicants which we are sure would be very interested in your property.
