Your deposit will be registered with DPS (Deposit Protection Service) who will hold your deposit for the duration of the tenancy.

On receipt of satisfactory approval of the check out by our Property Inspector who will send us a report, which is then sent onto your landlord, the deposit will be returned directly by the DPS. This usually takes up to 3-5 days, if there are no problems at the property.
