Most Landlords will be happy to accommodate modest personal choices of colour, however in all instances permission must be sought and confirmation received in writing from us. We reserve the right to inspect and photograph the decorations and it may well be that the Landlord asks you to restore the walls to their original colour and condition at the end of the tenancy.
